Jacob believes everyone should have the ability to achieve their dreams, no matter what. He is currently pursuing a degree in Engineering Sciences and Mechanics at Penn State University. He wants to use his knowledge and expertise to help evolve the implementation of engineering to the field of adaptive sports.
Nick Santonastasso
Board Member
Nick is a global keynote speaker, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. He carries certifications for Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), hypnosis, Time Line Therapy as well as being an expert on Neuroplasticity. As the first ROAR athlete and as a board member, he is dedicated to paying his experience forward by providing more adaptive experiences to other athletes.
Dani
Lipsky
Co-Founder | Executive Director
Dani started Project ROAR to provide custom equipment to anyone interested in an adventure. She believes the outdoors should be accessible to everyone; whether it's a snowboard, an activity specific prosthetic limb, or specialized mobility aid. She is eager to build epic equipment for epic experiences. She has her Bachelors of Industrial Design from the Rhode Island School of Design and has worked in many different manufacturing industries before starting her own fabrication company.
Michele McBride
Co-Founder | Operations Director
Michele is the Regional Director for Keller Williams Greater PA Region. She has Bachelor’s degrees from Penn State in Political Science and Psychology. In 2016 she graduated from Penn State University with her Master’s Degree in Organizational Development and Change. Michele is passionate about developing leaders and helping people reach their fullest potential.
Mike McCarthy
Co-Founder
Mike McCarthy is Co-Founder of the GoBundance Mastermind, Co-Author of The Miracle Morning for Parents and Families, as well as the Regional Operating Partner for the Keller Williams Greater Pennsylvania Region. Mike hopes to make a lasting impact and unleash the extraordinary potential within people. A husband, a father and a serial entrepreneur, he is driven by his generous heart and is deeply committed to helping his family, partners and team member's shine.
Alena Biscotti
Web Developer & Marketing Consultant
Alena is excited to work with ROAR as they aim to help individuals live their most active lives. She has a Master’s degree from Stevenson University in Cybersecurity & Digital Forensics. Alena knows her background will definitely help in creating & maintaining ROAR’s website and spread their message through social media.
